How it works

  1. Soak the SportsCooling Insert in water for approximately 1 minute.
  2. Freeze the Insert.
  3. Place the frozen Insert inside the SportsCooling Sleeve.
  4. Put the Sleeve inside your cap or visor, or wear it underneath your headband or wristband.
  5. Enjoy cooling DURING your sport while wearing the gear you already love.
