CoreCooling

Race temperature 16ºC / 61ºF. Using arm + head cooling. No cool booster, just water.
I used the head and arm cooling during the marathon. Especially in the 2nd part of the marathon I could keep my heart rate under control towards a 2h 50min finish. Every time I used new water I could see my heart rate drop by 5 beats and my cognition improved. Next time I would also use cool boosters, even at lower outside temperatures. The CoreCooling made a real difference, I can really recommend it.
