CoreCooling
I tried the CoreCooling during my training preparation for the Kona World Championships. While running I used the head-band, base layer and arm-sleeves. I used the blue patches in my head-band, orange in the arm-sleeves and 1 orange patch in my base-layer in both the front and back-pocket.
My training was at race pace, like the trainings I did during earlier days at Kona. What I feel is that with the CoreCooling I feel much better, I felt the positive effect directly. Also my heart rate was 10 bpm lower. The arm-sleeves and head-band surprised me the most, fit good and feel very nice.
I have also tried the base-layer during my swim. It is comfortable, no further remarks, it is perfect.
I was wearing the base-layer during the IM Kona race under my swim-skin, to make sure to use it as much as possible on the bike and run. Unfortunately I had to stop after 15KM on the bike and get into an ambulance. I was planning to use the arm-sleeves and head-band during the running, but unfortunately I did not reach that part...
