I used the CLM Sensor and it was really interesting stuff.

I looked at the fluid-loss while I was on a trainer inside. I know my sweat-loss rate at that 20 degree temperature I was training in and that is what the sensor measured as well.

Regarding the sodium-loss, I did a test with 'Precision'(*) last year, and the sensor measured this similar value, it's cool how it matches up really well.

(*) The 'Precision hydration advanced sweat test' is performed by several sport-test-centers and the costs are usually around Euro / USD 150,00 per test.

Previous Lactate Experience

"Currently, we are monitoring my thresholds based on perceived effort and race data. My coach (mainly remote coaching) and I have always wanted to incorporate lactate into my training. We believe the CLM sensor can make lactate measurements more feasible and it will eliminate any guesswork."
